Our family started this Memorial Day with a visit to my uncle and grandfather’s resting place. Both served in the Armed Forces, one returned from WWII with invisible wounds and his son was killed in Vietnam at the age of 18. Both men left a powerful impression on their family, and today we honor them through memories and funny stories.
One week until the Walk for 1 in 100, in support of the Adult Congenital Heart Association! I’ve been walking a lot these past few weeks in preparation. I hope you can join me on June 3rd in Langhorne or consider donating. Check out the video to learn more. ❤️❤️👟👟
Today is this wondrous woman’s birthday! My sister exudes strength, intelligence, and warmth. She will bring forth truth and hold you when you need it. You, my “baby” sister, are sunshine in the lives of many - and we all celebrate you on your special day.
My lunch time view today! When you’re surrounded by stacks of books with few windows, it helps to step outside every now and again to refresh.
So, what’s up, guardian angels? Apparently, I should be alert for signs. 😉😇 I joke but find this stuff interesting.
