Rise to the occasion

Digging deep to find the gold

That shimmers within

Speckled treasure hidden by self doubt

Awake to the strength of your spirit

Stretching and exercising every muscle

Journey on through fatigue, tears, and effort

Becoming whole with each awakening

Sleep sound

Dream vivid

Awake refreshed

Rise renewed for the next occasion.
